In some occasion, where professional institution needs to replace their existing kitchen, the new kitchen needs to fit in every square millimeter its predecessor occupied, not more and not less. In rare occasion, it had to be a three-sided kitchen designed to cater storing, cooking, and serving at the same time. The “U” Gourmet Master is designed with much focus put on the workflow: it started with a sink on the center, then on the side, electric Fry Top and Twin Wok Induction next to each other. On the corner of each side, one column holds a 623 Combi Steamer and one column holds Salamander. On the serving side, a Bain Marie and Heated Cabinet is positioned along with H2 open cabinet.
